Hair Care

Hair care tips :-
· Always use a treated elastic hair band like a Blax, Bungee or similar, when you put your hair into a braid or ponytail. This will prevent hair breakage and loss that results from using a plain rubber band.
·Never sleep in a tight braid or ponytail. This practice may cause ongoing hair breakage and/or loss over time.
·Always carefully remove tangles from your hair with a pick or brush before shampooing. This will prevent unnecessary knots and tangles making hair much easier to dry, style and braid.
·If you plan on trying out a brand new hairstyle for a special event (e.g. wedding or prom) always plan to practice several times before the big event arrives. This will guarantee great results.
·Never brush wet hair. This guarantees breakage because hair is most fragile when wet.
·Use a good wide tooth comb or pick or your fingers to untangle your hair as you dry it. Hair should be at least 90-95% dry before brushing.
·Braid your hair while it's still damp and allow hair to aid dry while braided. This will add beautiful waves to the hair when you undo the braids.

Computer Comfort

If you spend most of day in front of computer, here are some tips for avoiding injury :-
1) Adjust your chair. So your feet are firmly on the ground
2) Set your keyboard at elbow height. If your dest is too hihigh, you tend to hold your arm up over the desk, which results in an extra load on your shoulder.
3) Avoid extreme research. If the mouse is too far away, your shoulder is really rotated when you use it.
4) Look for product designed for comfort suhech as a padded wrist rest or a mouse that fits relaxed posture of the hand
5) Don't ignore even minor discomfort. Any misalignment can add up

Peace yourself

Are you always in a rush?? Do you know that rush may be risking your health??

If you fine it difficult to wait in a queue or to sit still for along period, you can ease anxiety by listening to music or chatting . Making time for friends, family and exercise will help you relax.

A Better Pizza

Due to a high salt and fat content, too much take away pizza may harm your health. But you could eat it more often if you made your own. It will have less salt and fat. Plus use a wholewheat base and you will up your fibre intake, whih will help you feel fuller longer- the key to weight management.

Pita Piza Recipe

Ingredient
1) wholewheat pita bread
2) 2 tbsp pasta saurce
3) 2 slice of cheese
4) 2 leave of basil

Method
Slice the pita in half. Gently ease it open, keeping both halves joined together. Spoon one tablespoon of source into each half. Place one slice of cheese in each half. put in the microwave for 25 second to melt the cheese. And a piece of basil to both halves and serve.
