Are you always in a rush?? Do you know that rush may be risking your health??
Refer to the study head Professor Richard Wiseman from the University of Hertfordshire said, "As people get more hurried they spend less time with friends, they dont exercise, they eat poorly, drink and smoke more. These factor built up to cause the risk of heart disease."
Why the rush?
Scientists and psychologist say the increase pace of life is draven by technology ( the internet, email, mobile phone culture) and the need to be avaiable 24 hours a day. People are less patient and try to cram more into a day.
Life in the slow lane
If you fine it difficult to wait in a queue or to sit still for along period, you can ease anxiety by listening to music or chatting . Making time for friends, family and exercise will help you relax.
