A Better Pizza

Due to a high salt and fat content, too much take away pizza may harm your health. But you could eat it more often if you made your own. It will have less salt and fat. Plus use a wholewheat base and you will up your fibre intake, whih will help you feel fuller longer- the key to weight management.
